The French national team have been the latest country to be hit with injury ahead of the FIFA World Cup that will be hosted in Qatar.

RB Leipzig forward player, Christopher Nkunku has been ruled out of the FIFA World Cup following an injury he picked up in training. According to reports from the French camp, he picked up when he collided with Real Madrid's Camavinga.

Nkunku has been in fantastic form in the Bundesliga, he has scored 15 goals in the first half of the season. The injury will be a big blow for the French national team.

France are placed in Group D alongside, Australia, Denmark and Tunisia.
