Dammy Krane is still pursuing an alleged debt allegation against Davido.
The songwriting debt saga between Dammy Krane and Davido appears to still be ongoing as the former has resorted to social media to demand that Davido pay him the money he owes.
As previously reported by Mp3bullet.ng, Dammy claimed that OBO had neglected to pay him for writing his song in 2017.
The song in question is Davido’s 2017 smash single Pere, which featured American rappers Rae Sremmurd and Young Thug.
According to Dammy Krane, he tried to contact Davido’s team about a split sheet and unpaid invoices but received no response, so he called Davido out on the Bird app.
He stated that he did not want to resort to calling him out online but he was left with no choice because he didn’t get any response despite private appeals.
As evidence of his allegations, he also shared a screenshot of Davido’s tweet from 2017, where he revealed that Dammy was among the songwriters.

In retaliation, Davido posted a picture of himself biting a bag of cash with a laughing emoji as the caption.
The singer’s snobbish approach made the former Hypertek Music signee feel disrespected, so he reposted a post from the fan page dammykrane update.
He wondered if Davido makes a living by taking advantage of others and if that is how his uncle, Ademola Adeleke, wants to manage Osun state as governor.
He wrote; ”@davido Na so una wan Dey run Osun state government ba, chop the masses money & oppress them ‘rise by ripping others” ba , no be for Lagos o … we no greee #Pay @dammykrane_worldstar Davido @davido”
Dammy then asked the DMW boss to lead by example and pay up.
